Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed same day up until 4pm E.S.T. After 4pm processed next business day.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays; however, we offer Saturday delivery for an additional fee.
If there will be any significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
We charge a flat handling charge for all orders while an additional fee is administered for Saturday Delivery if requested.
All shipping is UPS overnight delivery unless otherwise stated. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and you will be notified.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

NVABB LLC ships to addresses within the continental U.S. excluding the state of California.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Damages

If you receive your order and find that it has been damaged in the process of shipping, please contact NAVBB via phone or email within 24 hours of receiving your package. Additionally, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as we may ask you to document the sustained damage.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy
